These guidelines apply to anyone visiting the set (set visits and being an extra):
Will I have to provide proof of a negative test or vaccination?
*The Chosen is required to follow the rules set out by the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), and throughout the pandemic, SAG has been very strict about masks and testing for COVID.*
An email was sent out recently with the following information regarding testing:
- Prior to your arrival on set, you will be required to submit a negative lab-administered PCR test (it cannot be antigen).
- Upon arrival on set, you will be required to take an antigen test and
receive a negative result. - Per SAG rules, if you test positive onsite, you and your entire car
(due to possible exposure) will not be allowed on set. You can
participate regardless of your vaccination status, but vaccinated
individuals still have to test per SAG rules. - If any of SAG’s COVID-19 regulations change prior to filming, we
will let you know ASAP.
If testing becomes required what happens if I test positive? If you test positive, unfortunately, you will not be able to go on set according to SAG guidelines.
