There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded product. If that happens, we definitely want to make it right! In these instances, you can choose to receive a full refund or exchange what you received for what you really want.

We know picking the right size online is not easy. If the fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the next size up or down, then an exchange is your best option. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.
Please note that this option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size; if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size/style. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our items sell out very quickly, so the faster you get it back to us, the better your chances of the alternative size being available and it reaching you will be.
Perfect! If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but you’re not quite sure what you want right now, we can give you an online credit. If you choose this option, you’ll receive an e-Gift card that can be used only at The Chosen Gifts Store. We would send that e-Gift card to you by email once the return has been scanned as “in transit”.

Refund - $4.99 Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. There’s a flat rate fee of $4.99 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
You’ll be issued a Return Label. Print the label at home (or at the local library if you don't have a printer), stick the label to the outside of your package, place your return items and a note with your order number from your original order inside and send the package back to us.
