Shopping online should be easy. For this reason, we want our Returns Policy to be simple as well.
You have 30 full days from the day your order is fulfilled to decide if it's not quite right and submit your return request.
Returns will be accepted only if the item is in its original condition: meaning unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrectly barcoded product. If that happens, we definitely want to make it right! In these instances, you can choose to receive a full refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse your returned item(s): If your return arrives back to us in a condition that does not meet our returns policy.

We know picking the right size online can be a headache. If the fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the next size up or down, then an exchange is your best option. Items that are being exchanged must be in original condition: meaning unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as your original parcel is scanned as "in transit" back to us. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.
Please note that this option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size; if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size/style. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our items sell out very quickly, so the faster you get it back to us, the better your chances of the alternative size being available and it reaching you will be.

If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but you’re not quite sure what you want right now, we can give you an online credit. If you choose this option, you’ll receive an e-gift card that can be used only at The Chosen Gifts Store. We would send that e-Gift card to you by email once the return has been scanned as “in transit”.
When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre-paid label to send your items back.

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse.
Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
You’ll be issued a Return Label. Print the label at home (or at the local library if you don't have a printer), stick the label to the outside of your package, place your return items and a note with your order number from your original order inside and send the package back to us.
