Important Info: Orders typically ship within 2-4 days, and can take 2-4 weeks to get to you. We are currently shipping through USPS. Because of Covid, please know that there could be significant delays within the USPS system. We're doing our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
How to track your package: Track your package in the USPS system using the tracking number we sent to your email. You can even contact USPS to request a more detailed status update.
If you didn't receive a tracking number, email to email@example.com.
What to do with your tracking info:
- If the tracking information says "preshipment", and has for more than a week, please contact us.
- If your package was sent to the wrong address, let us know.
- If the tracking says "delivered", check your mailbox or porch. Sometimes USPS will hide a package behind a flower pot, etc. If you still don't have it, please contact USPS to see if your local post office can help you locate your package.
