A message from our Support Manager:
We now have 15 business days to print and ship an order. This is in part because many items are made to order, and also because we're trying to keep up with the amazing response we've had to our new merch store! If, during the release of Season 2 and learning the ropes of a new store, it takes us a little longer, we apologize. Thank you!
**Please note: If you have an order number and/or confirmation email, then you do have an order with us (don't forget to check your junk folders) and we are working hard to get it to you!
How to track your package:
The confirmation email you received from Shopify contains a link for shipping info you may click on to see the status of your order. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may still be a day or two before you see any movement, since the package label sometimes gets printed in anticipation of your order shipping out.
One more mention, we use UPS Mail Innovations. This means that the order could be transferred to USPS, depending on your mailing address. While the transfer is being processed, you may not see any movement on the package for a day or two.
What to do with your tracking info:
- If the tracking information says "preshipment", and has for more than a week, please contact us.
- If your package was sent to the wrong address, let us know asap by clicking on the Submit a Request button below.
- If the tracking says "delivered", check your mailbox or porch. Sometimes USPS will hide a package behind a flower pot, etc. If you still don't have it, please contact UPS/USPS to see if your local post office can help you locate your package. (depending on who made the delivery)
