Q: Are there subtitles?
A: Yes! English and Spanish subtitles are available through the app, our Video Player and the disc. Subtitles are not available through VidAngel at this time. We're working to get subtitles available in other languages now!
Q: If I buy the first season, can I watch it on my TV?
A: Yes! You can connect our app to a streaming device, such as Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, or a computer/laptop. This will allow you to watch on your TV. If you need help, contact our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: When will my DVD or Blu-Ray ship?
A: Discs ship within 1-2 days of the order date. It typically takes 7-10 days for you to receive it once it's been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Q: When will the VidAngel credit be added to my account?
A: If you purchased a package that included VidAngel credit, then click on the link in your email to redeem the credit instantly!
Q: Why can’t I download the episodes?
A: The Digital Copy is the same as you would receive from Vudu, Ultra-Violet, or Amazon. It is yours to view as often as you like within our app or our online player. It's not a file that can be downloaded for copy or transfer.
Q: What is included on disc?
A: The Chosen disc set includes: The Shepherd, behind the scenes, teasers, and trailers, round table discussions and the complete Season 1, which contains episodes 1-8.
