If you didn't purchase the package protection, please click "submit a request" below to speak with our support team and we will assist as best as we can.
We have offered Route Package Protection at a minimal cost; so that our fans are protected if their package is stolen, lost, or damaged.
Please understand that we are not a typical online retailer. We use the funds from our Gift Factory to fund future seasons of The Chosen, and as such, are unable to continue absorbing the cost of packages that are lost once they leave our warehouse. If your order goes missing, and you have declined Route Package Protection, we will be unable to cover the loss of your order.
