With the merge of the two online stores, we had an unexpected influx of orders, and with that came a similar influx of returns, like we've never seen before! We've recently hired new staff specifically to handle the orders that come back to our warehouse. We're also creating new processes so that we can resolve these issues more efficiently.
Please know that we're doing everything we can to get to every returned package and get them back out to our amazing fans as quickly as possible. You'll receive communication from our shipping team when they handle your package, and new tracking information via email when it reships.
