If you made a mistake on your address we are happy to help you change it, if we can catch it before it is assigned a tracking number.
Once our shipping team has processed and order, we are unable to make any changes to the address. If the postal service is unable to deliver it, it'll come right back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, our shipping department will take a look at your ticket and reship it to your updated address.
