Clothing items: If your clothing is damaged or something is wrong with it, we want to get it replaced for you! Put it into an envelope and contact our support team (click the help button below). As soon as we get your email, we will send a return label so you can send it back and coordinate an exchange with you.
Books or DVDs: Click the help button below so we can coordinate a return for your damaged items. We are happy to replace it for you.
