Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Currently you can order directly on the website for shipping to Canada, UK and Australia. PLEASE NOTE: Any Taxes, Duties or fees that are applied by your country are the responsibility of the receiver. *FREE shipping is currently for domestic only*
When will my order be shipped?/I have not received a shipping confirmation.
All orders aim to ship within 10 business days of your order placement. Your 10 days starts the day after the order is placed. Our business days are Monday-Friday and we observe all holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number once your order ships. Example: If you were to order on a Wednesday, and we process your order to ship on the following Tuesday, your tracking information will then be emailed at that time.
**We've recently received thousands of orders and are doing our best to get them out asap! If you have a confirmation email (check your junk folder) and an order number, then your order is in our queue. It will likely be delayed due to the busyness of the next couple weeks, so we ask that you keep an eye out for the tracking number and be a bit patient while we work to get everything printed and shipped! We can't thank you enough!
Can I edit my order?
At this time, we are unable to edit the address or the items once you've made your purchase. However, we can try to cancel before it ships. If you need to cancel the order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to get that taken care of, assuming it hasn't already processed. Note that if you decide to cancel, some items may have gone out of stock in the meantime.

My order is missing/contains wrong items?

Does my order ship with UPS or USPS?
We ship with both UPS (UPS Mail Innovations) and USPS, depending on which will be best for your address. You may notice it starts out with UPS, but may transfer to USPS. That should be reflected in the tracking information, and may even show no activity during the transfer process. We apologize for any confusion.
Can I return or exchange?
Since all apparel is made to order, we ask that you check the sizing chart before placing an order. As we do not always have lots of extra stock available an exchange can take some time. due to the fact we may have to have a requested shirt printed and as we do not print everyday you could experience a delay in receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility.
Have an issue with Merch received/Received wrong item?
As much as we try our best to ensure that errors with shipping do not happen they unfortunately do. Please reach out to us with your Name, Order number and the Issue with order and we will be happy to correct your order for you. Click the Help widget below!
Do you ever have discounts?
We occasionally offer discounts during our livestreams, so be sure to follow us on social media.

Can you backdate a coupon from a Livestream?
No, discount codes are limited to the time period in which we discuss them. Keep an eye on our social media pages, or join Dallas's text group (to receive discount codes.
Can you help with sizing?
The best way to check the sizing of an item is to measure a well-fitting shirt or sweatshirt you currently own- lay it flat and measure from side to side just underneath where the sleeve connects to the body of the garment and then compare to the WIDTH on the size chart. This should confirm that the item you ordered will be a good fit.
Can I ship apparel with DVD's?
Yes! You can now order all items we offer in the same place so they can ship together.
Is The Disc Region Locked?
The discs are unlocked and will work for any Region.
